I decided since my wife was working late Tuesday, that I would go for a walk downtown and take some shots.  Yes it may have been 40 mph wind gusts, and with the buildings funneling the wind made it seem even stronger.  At time I may have had to use light posts to secure my tripod, but I did come out with a couple nice images: 

The first one is from the corner of Orleans and Wacker.  I decided I wanted to make it seem like it was taken from a film clip hence the post-processing.

This is from the Lake Street Bridge looking North.  The windy day made for great cloud movement!

Just remember to bring something to weigh down your tripod and yourself on days like this, otherwise it becomes a challenge to take these long exposures.
